Step 1 – Locate the "End Call" button on your online keypad that you used to dial the phone number. Click the button to disconnect the phone call.
Step 2 – Close down the software that you are using to make the phone call. Locate the quick-launch icon for the software at the bottom right corner of your screen. Right-click and choose "Quit" or "Exit" depending on the software to disconnect the phone call.
Step 3 – Disconnect your Internet connection to disconnect a phone call. Right-click the network icon at the bottom right corner of your screen and choose "Disconnect From." Single-click your network name to disconnect the Internet connection and, thus, to disconnect your active phone call.
